2024 CIPA SUMMER SCHOOL
3D surveying and modelling in cultural heritage
_ Theoretical lectures (3D surveying, photogrammetry, laser scanning, etc.)
_ Practical work in the field with commercial and open source processing software
_ The participants will learn the basics in:
data acquisition with state-of-the-art equipment
data processing methods with commercial and open source SW for 3D model generation
the official language of the summer school is English
_ A great opportunity for MSc and PhD students, archaeologists, architects, restorers, conservationists, geomatic engineers, scholars, researchers and specialists in the surveying and heritage fields to deepen their knowledge and expertise with innovative and contemporary 3D modelling techniques and gain invaluable hands-on experience.
